Mrs. Hoffman started her career at St. Johnsville in 1990. She first earned her C.N.A. and then attended Herkimer BOCES and obtained her LPN returning to the facility in 1994 as a LPN. Sally worked as a charge nurse until 2002 when she was asked to be our MDS data collector, then our MDS Coordinator. Sally graduated from St. Elizabeth College of Nursing in Utica, New York where she earned her RN. Sally brings over 25 years of long-term care experience.
Dr. Curri is a graduate from Utica College of Syracuse University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies, and in 2008 earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Dr. Curri is a New York State licensed physical therapist. He is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and Wound Care Certified through the National Alliance of Wound Care. He has extensive experience in the areas of evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical therapy, lymphedema care, and wound care management. Dr. Curri is a Captain in the United States Army Reserves and resides in Utica, New York with his family.
