Therese Murray is a highly accomplished Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing at the St. Johnsville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. With the diverse background that includes experience in both hospital and long-term care settings, Therese brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her commitment to providing exceptional care to patients is fueled by her genuine passion for nursing. As a proud mother and grandmother, Therese understands the importance of compassion and empathy in creating a nurturing environment. Alongside her loving husband, Dave, and cherished family, she resides in Ilion, New York where she finds joy in the company of her pets and the warmth of a close-knit community. Therese's dedication to improving the lives of those in her care is a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence in healthcare.

Holly Pierce RN

Holly Pierce is a dedicated Registered Nurse and Assistant Director of Nursing at the St. Johnsville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. With a wealth of experience in healthcare management and a passion for patient well-being, Holly plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality care for residents. Beyond her professional achievements, she embraces the joys of being a proud goat mom, tending to her beloved animals alongside her family in Dolgeville, New York. With her compassionate nature and commitment to excellence, Holly is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of both her patients and her furry companions.

Sally Hoffman, RN, RAC-CT

MDS Coordinator

Mrs. Hoffman started her career at St. Johnsville in 1990. She first earned her C.N.A. and then attended Herkimer BOCES and obtained her LPN returning to the facility in 1994 as a LPN. Sally worked as a charge nurse until 2002 when she was asked to be our MDS data collector, then our MDS Coordinator. Sally graduated from St. Elizabeth College of Nursing in Utica, New York where she earned her RN. Sally brings over 25 years of long-term care experience.

Lisa Hubbard, BSW

Admissions, Director of Resident & Family Services, Grievance Officer

Dr. Dan Curri, DPT, CLT, WCC

Director of Rehabilitation Services

Dr. Curri is a graduate from Utica College of Syracuse University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies, and in 2008 earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Dr. Curri is a New York State licensed physical therapist. He is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and Wound Care Certified through the National Alliance of Wound Care. He has extensive experience in the areas of evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical therapy, lymphedema care, and wound care management. Dr. Curri is a Major in the United States Army Reserves and resides in Frankfort, New York with his family.

Katina Dinehart, COTA

Director of Safety

Katina Dinehart is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant working as the facilities Director of Safety for over 20 years. Katina has assisted the facility in successfully acquiring OSHA's SHARPS Certification for over 10 years now. Katina is also the facilities Corporate Compliance Officer and Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Director. Katina is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and her teamwork approach to encourage others to work safe and succeed. Katina is inspired daily by her residents and co-workers. In her free time, Katina likes to spend time with her husband, 2 children and 4 grandchildren.

Heather Wittmann

Director of Human Resources

Heather Wittmann is the Human Resource Director; she has been with the facility for 5 years. Heather is a 2015 graduate of HCCC with an associate degree in health service management. Heather was raised in Dolgeville NY and currently resides there with her children.

Becky Herron

Medical Records

Becky Herron has been the Director of Medical Records since 2015 along with scheduling all visits for our in-house providers for our residents. A graduate of Ashford for Medical Transcription and Dictation, Becky assisted the facility in becoming completely electronic with their medical records system. She's also a graduate of Kaplan University for Dental Assistant, Medical Coding and Becky also has some knowledge in the IT dept. Becky has been a great asset to the Nursing Home with her knowledge and willingness to assist. In her free time, Becky enjoys her time with her family with whom she resides with in Inghams Mills.

Amy Johnston, RN

Unit Manager for B Unit

Amy has been in the Healthcare industry, more specifically in Long Term Care since 2004, where she began to play a critical role in providing direct patient care as a C.N.A. After years of assisting her patients with their activities of daily living and assisting the nurses, Amy decided to become a nurse herself. Committed to the Health field, she attended Herkimer County BOCES in 2010 where she received her LPN. While working as an LPN, Amy decided to further her education at St. Elizabeth's School of Nursing in 2015 where she became an RN. She's currently the charge nurse for all units here at the nursing home. In her spare time, Amy likes to spend time with her family and she resides in Dolgeville with her daughter.
